Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager In-Store Environment will focus on driving key initiatives, large cross functional projects and process improvements.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
30%-Plans, manages, and executes key initiatives, large cross-functional projects, divisional field requests, and capital projects
20%-Key responsibilities include strategic planning, scope development, creating and managing project work plans and schedules, project deliverables, managing issues, financial and budget management, and metric reporting for life after project.
30%-Develops / implements operational processes and/or systematic changes that improve operational processes, efficiency gains and cost reduction. Acts as SME in all ISE functions / processes. Creates / maintains process library for all functional areas.
10%-Communicates effectively at all levels and ensures communication is modulated based on the audience. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivates and influences team members, creating well- balanced cross functional team.
10%-Interface with key stakeholders. Develop working relationships with internal team and business partners including Store Operations, Merchandising and field partners.
Nature and Scope: Position Typically reports to Director This position has 2-5 direct reports.
Environmental Job Requirements: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Work Experience Required: 4 years
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
