About this job
The Consultant is responsible for supporting all of the Clinical programs including but not limited to Drug Savings Review, Safety & Monitoring Solutions, Gaps in Care, Adherence, Pharmacy Advisor Counseling, etc. The Consultant is responsible for management of assigned tickets including but not limited to program setup, auditing, setup review, research and internal activity reporting.
Required Qualifications 3-5 years analytical background, PBM and related health industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CVS Caremark Clinical Programs. Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Access) and SAS. Data Warehouse, Links, Advanced Clinical, RetroDUR and the various adjudication systems (QL and RxClaim) knowledge a plus. Strong project managment skills, ability to work independently and with a team.
Education Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience.
