Paisano's Gaithersburg is part of the Paisano's Franchise system, offering a fast casual dining experience with seating for up to 40 people. We have a vast menu of pizza, pastas, sandwiches, calzones, wings, salads, and more. Everything is made fresh daily. Our managerial candidate for this position would be in charge of roughly 30 people to include cashiers, cooks, delivery drivers, and an assistant manager (we do not have waitresses at this establishment). The hourly work requirements are between 50-60 hours per week.


We are currently looking for a MANAGER with experience in the restaurant industry. The candidate must be used to working in a fast paced environment and possess outstanding work ethics, as well as dynamic leadership skills. A solid track record is a must.

*Run an efficient operation via appropriate cost controls and profit management
*Effectively manage the restaurant by implementing the standards set up by corporate, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
*Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
*Ensures local health and safety codes are met
*Controls profit and loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor
