Position description
Responsible for Telecom and Information Technology issues, products and services on site including design, installation, training, support, adherence to Hilton Guidelines, Enhancements and Maintenance of software, hardware, licenses and products for the Waldorf Astoria. 

This position reports directly to the Area Manager of IT and works in partnership with another property IT manager.  This role works a flexible schedule including evening hours and one weekend day a week.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role would have a Bachelors or Associates degree related to the IT field / Hospitality.  Strong IT support and project management experience in a team environment is an asset.  Prior staff management experience is helpful but not necessary as this is a management development position.  The following certifications would be preferred: A+ certification, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, Network Plus. Experience/Internships in Hospitality along with IT would be an asset.
