The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative and data entry support for the Services Office. In this role you will perform a wide variety of administrative support activities, which require the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information. Essential Responsibilities In the role of Administrative Assistant you will: Provide data entry support for a variety of business and office related processes and procedures including commercial reporting

Work with internal and potentially external customers on defined work and projects

Review and respond to emails and phone calls from internal and external customers, using discretion and judgment in gathering and conveying pertinent information in a timely manner

Maintain and follow office procedures and data entry methods

Perform various reporting and data entry tasks

Assist with other duties, as required Qualifications/Requirements High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 1 year of experience in administrative office setting OR Minimum 4 years of administrative work including scheduling, tracking or logging information, customer service (answering and directing questions), expense / budget / payments / accounts receivable, in lieu of High School Diploma / GED. Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
