Description
The Store Manager drives sales and is the onsite leader and face of our clients stores. The Store Manager sets and maintains the standards for and ensures that his/her team provides best-in-class customer service to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. He/she makes certain that the store is fully operational, and meets RadioShack standards to provide the best in class customer experience. The Store Manager leads in implementation of corporate sales action plans, evaluates results, and drives the execution of sales strategies. The Store Manager will act as the primary interface to the Regional Manager and Regional Director. As a leader, the Store Manager provides direct supervision, training and talent development for his/her store. The Store Manager is a key contact for customer needs and corporate communications. He/she is comfortable engaging customers in order to provide creative solutions and optimize sales.

* Able to move boxes and merchandise up to 50 pounds

* Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends (including required Saturday shifts) and holidays
* Able to ascend/descend a ladder
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
