Assistant Restaurant Manager Bar Luna - Full-time / Part-time

An Assistant Restaurant Manager with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for assisting the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Assistant Restaurant Managers will be responsible for aspects of service and activities that include but are not limited to establishing and maintaining a culture and service levels in line with Waldorf Astoria standards. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to scheduling, financial reporting and accountability, daily active participation for the execution of service to our guests and completing tasks delegated by the Manager of the Outlet.
