Experis is currently hiring for a remote Infrastructure Specialist with a Fortune 500 company in Boulder, Colorado. Please see requirements below:
REMOTE
Candidate will WFH Must be U.S. Citizen. Level 2/3 Event Management/Monitoring Cloud Team. Ability to support IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM). Requires thorough understanding of Netcool OMNIbus and the coding / management of alerts, thresholds into ITM. Tasks also include Installation and troubleshooting of agents on devices. Agents include network, hardware, virtualization, O/S, databases, SAP devices/environments. Must have working knowledge of data center infrastructure (i.e. Virtualized servers, storage, network, apps, and DB's). Custom coding of scripts for monitoring / ticketing of non-standard device / environments. An understanding of the ticketing system SCCD and the ability to troubleshoot from the alert generation though ticketing in SCCD.
