Data Entry Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek has teamed up with a prominent company in the Cambridge, Ohio area and we are currently looking for Data Entry Clerks to help transfer data into a new ERP (enterprise resource planning) system (Plex).

Location: Cambridge, Ohio

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $14 - $15/hour

Job Details:

• The individuals in this position will be looking at hard and soft versions of inventory and product data and putting it in to the new system.
• Will need to reconcile the data and make sure all information entered is correct.
• Occasionally there will be a need to go to the inventory room to count boxes of raw materials and finished products to enter into the system.
• May need to contact vendors for updated e-mail information and enter all their correct information into the new system.
• 80% of the day will be inventory count and making phone calls will be the other 20%.
• There may be some other duties as assigned, so there is a need to be somewhat flexible.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate new systems efficiently
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of attention to detail and ability to reconcile data
• Production based mind set and want to work hard and efficient
• great attendance and reliability
