Our healthcare client in Waltham, MA is seeking multiple administrative assistants to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for information from longterm care insurance policy holders and families.
- Manage all client communications
- Obtain time sensistive documents from employers and employees to facilitate payroll and billing
- Interface with customers for accounts management purposes
- Perform administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to help seniors, their families, and caregivers
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Problem solving capabilities with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in working in an environment maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills; including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Internet Explorer
- Experience in customer service, payroll, healthcare, or insurance claims
- Customer-first attitude
