Columbus, OH apartment leasing company is actively seeking a polished and professional receptionist.
This person will serve as the "face" of the properties. They will greet all customers and guests at the headquartered location.
Duties of this position will be:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Taking checks and money orders for rent and utility payments at the window and providing receipts
- Opening mail and distributing accordingly to correct areas
- Ordering office supplies
- Intake for call-offs and informing the correct parties
MUST:
- Customer Service experience is some aspect, preferably face to face
- Polished appearance
- Team player, upbeat personalty, needs to be pleasant at all times
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience answering phones
- Impeccable attendance and reliability
Hours: 8AM-5PM no OT is expected
