Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent reading/writing skills to support document creation and editing
- Proficient in general office tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, ordering office supplies, screening calls, etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new tasks and software applications quickly

Job Description
- Resourcefulness and flexibility is required as well as the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Needs to be able to support all members of the division in administrative tasks and special projects.
- Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and constantly prioritize as circumstances change.
- Needs to be able to remain calm during difficult situations and work well under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
