Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

* Support sales reps in opening new accounts and upgrading service on existing customers
* Dealing directly with internal sales reps
* Handle inbound calls- 30 per day
* Quickly and effectively solve customer service related issues
* Email, fax and mail contract for residential and commercial accounts
* Submit rate changes and reimbursements on an excel spreadsheet
* Enroll, cancel, and update customers accounts with our energy program
* Maintain quality control/customer satisfaction
* Maintain customers accounts utilizing an excel spread sheet

Qualifications:

  • Prior call center or sales support experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communicaiton skills

$14-16/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

First Shift 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
