About this job
A company located in downtown Cincinnati is seeking qualified Customer Service professionals for several roles within their call center. This is a long-term career opportunity within a growing company.
- Placing outbound calls to set up service for members.
- Taking inbound calls to follow up on requests.
- Entering information into their proprietary system.
These position pay $11.10/hr with opportunities available for bonuses. The hours will be second shift and offer two consecutive days off during the week. Candidates will be able to switch to a different shift as they becom available. Discounted parking is also available downtown.
