Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
• Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
• Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
• Heavy data entry and database navigating
• Maintain highest level of customer service
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 35-40 words per minute)
• Customer service experience
• Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating situations
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
• Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent

Full Time:

• M-F 11:45-8:30 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 12:15-9 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 1:15-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 1:45-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 12-9

Part Time Days:

• M-F 7-12:30 or 1 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 8-12:30 or 1 or 1:30 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 10-2 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 12-5:30 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

Part Time Nights:

• M-F 3:45-9 or 10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 4:45-9 or 10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9
• M-F 5:45-10 and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

Weekends Only:

• Sat 9-5 or 11-7 or 1-9 or 9-9, Sun 11-5

Compensation:

$12 per hour for 1st shift full time and $12.50 for 2nd shift full time

*Training options - Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm OR Monday-Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm with Sat 1pm-9pm
