Night Manager

Directs and manages all aspects of the Hotel on the overnight shift.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director & Assistant Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service .

Lead and manage all aspects of the overnight team from Front Office to Housekeeping to Food & Beverage.

Manage and coordinate all Group and Individual arrivals.

Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams.

Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.

Completes the overnight audit and process.

Ensure effective productivity of all Colleagues through staff scheduling and adhering to budget guidelines

Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs

Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.

Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.

Complete all project work in a timely manner.

Follow all safety policies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a similar role required.

A minimum of one year's front office management experience required.

Previous experience with a Property Management system required.

Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.

University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Highly responsible & reliable.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Visa Requirements: Non US applicants must have one year managerial experience with the company.
