The Food Service Manager will work on the campus of Stonehill College with a great management team. On the campus of Stonehill College we are feeding approx. 2,500 students daily.
The Food Service Manager in this role will have an opportunity to grow and learn by assisting in the daily operations of the Dining Commons, coffee shop and quick service cafe.
The Food Service Manager will supervise at least one other manager and five supervisors and support the campus retail operations to ensure customer and client satisfaction. The Food Service Manager will also assist with inventory management and food procurement.

Responsible for managing multi-functional food service areas in a single account/unit. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
