IT Specialist Mid (Carderock, MD) - Secret Clearance Job - Full-time / Part-time

Desktop Support Technician needed for a long term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Carderock, MD.

Possession of or the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (interim Secret Clearance is acceptable) is required as a condition for employment.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Windows OS experience
- Standard Desktop/laptop repair, networked printers, mobile services troubleshooting.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk and existing non-local Service Desks
- Develop scripts, analyze tailored reports, review and correlate audits
- Conduct Tier 1 and higher tiered analysis in response to Service Desk escalation
- Monitor tickets to correlate events and incidents for maintaining overall required levels of performance of Information Technology Services.
- Perform patching of ticket management system and perform Remedy System Administration.

- Minimum interim Secret clearance
