An ideal candidate loves to create and continuously improve things. What you'll do:
This is a startup operation so we’re looking for people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment as well as engaging with customers. Successful team members will understand that they play a pivotal role in making customers happy and we need people who are flexible to do whatever they can to meet customer expectations. An average hour in an average day includes picking inventory, packing it, sorting it, and interacting with customers.

• Basic inventory put away functions using an RF handheld scanning device
• Picking inventory using RF handheld scanning device
• Inventory control /quality assurance tasks
• Customer interaction

Shift Structure (subject to change based on business need)

• 5 days in a row - generally includes a Saturday or Sunday, 4 hours a day
• Shift start times are TBD
• Example Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, TBD to TBD

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 12.75

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing and able to work all shifts
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to read and take direction in English
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Must be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs)
• Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines)
• Must be willing and able to work on powered equipment-for example forklift or cherry picker

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer experience Minneapolis, MN - UMN1
• Excellent communication skills- able to coach, train and assist team members
• Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions

Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
