Requirements
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to work in Morristown, NJ. The Executive Assistant/Operations Manager will be responsible for performing an array of administrative and operational functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making. You will provide high-level administrative support by means of excellent calendar management, periodically providing research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
Additionally, the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. You should demonstrate experience in developing relationships in a high level service organization as well as experience in handling the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision. You will need to work with procedures, processes and techniques to assist with the completion of executive search assignments and business development activities.
Experience needed:
Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Administrative Assistant role
Calendar management
Travel management, planning and expense reporting
Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
Strong collaborative and relationship management skills and ability to liaison with multiple business partners at various levels
Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive and business and turn them into actionable tasks
Adaptable team player
Good problem-solving ability
Strong working experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with using and maintaining databases
Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling)
Healthcare plan, 401k and benefits administration would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments

$60,000 - $80,000.00 (depending on experience)
