Our Community Partners establish local community relationships and partnerships as well as facilitate local community events. Community Partners have full control of their territory and receive commission for clients in their territory. Custom Care Partners strives to provide all seniors with opportunities to GROW, and our Community Partners do just that! You will have the flexibility to make your own schedule and work either part-time or full-time. This is a great opportunity for those who are organized, energetic and enjoy working with seniors within their community.
Responsibilities:
*Promote and market Custom Care Partners' services within designated territory.
*Establish relationships with local transitional care units, senior centers, and hospitals.
*Create and implement community events for seniors
*Establish local neighborhood relationships and create events in those local neighborhood areas.
*Innovate new ideas to promote senior growth and engagement within designated territory.
*Conduct yourself in a manner that is aligned with Custom Care Partners' values: Leadership, Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Development.
*Have knowledge of the senior home care field and effectively communicate the services that Custom Care Partners provides.

??This opportunity is similar to having a small franchise, except you only have to worry about the marketing! You will receive a territory and use our brand and marketing materials to build relationships. This is a commission-based position with unlimited potential earnings.
