HR Specialists will support in:

Responsible for providing guidance and training to the HR Coordinators
Provide on -site support for clients to include HR Audits, Trainings, Orientations, Employee Relations Support, Employee File Maintenance, Ergonomic Reviews and IIPP compliance
Provide off-site support to clients by telephone / e-mail on daily basis
Provide extensive employee relations support to clients
Assist in the development of employee handbooks for client
Develop and Deliver HR specific webinar seminars and trainings
Develop training programs for Ergonomics, Handbook roll-outs, Harassment training, etc.
Review updated HR practices at both state and federal level
Provide back-up payroll support for clients as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of previous HR experience
Outsourced HR experience a plus
Possess great customer service skills
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
Work well as a team and individually
Exhibit excellent written & editing skills
Communicates verbally in an effective, clear and concise manner
Proficient in MS Office, Gmail and Internet literate
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing schedules and priorities, maintain organization in a changing environment, and maintain flexible attitude & approach towards assignments.
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Liberal Studies, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR experience.
