The Manager of the Wax Center leads and directs all activities required to achieve all goals, including sales objectives, guest services, human resource management, payroll/ operating expenses and loss prevention while driving both associate and guest engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct guest service efforts that are consistent with European Wax Center standards
• Coach associates on guest interactions to increase sales and capture guest opportunities
• Develop team to accomplish center's business objectives through recruitment, selection, coaching, retention, and motivation
• Achieve excellent guest service by role modeling the European Wax Center service standards
• Represent the brand professionally and hold associates accountable to the same standard

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience -- 1 year management experience in the service or beauty industry with proven results
• Guest service -- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring the guest remains top priority
• Store Operations -- Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow up on Center activities
• Leadership -- Proven ability to challenge and motivate a team with a clear vision and strategy
• Communication -- Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills
• Human Resource -- Proven ability to select and develop a team and hold individuals accountable for performance
• 45+ hours a week with availability on nights and weekends
• Must have good computer knowledge
