Inside Sales Representative

Leading Manufacturing company that fabricates custom connectors for the wireless, telecommunications, power and alternative energy industries. They serve OEM's worldwide for 20 years. Company has consistently provided its customers with the speed and efficiency of advanced computer-controlled fabrication combined with expert craftsmanship and design execution.

Candidates must have:

• At least 2 years of inside or outside sales experience, preferably in MFG
• Strong Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Problem solving and time management skills

Main job duties:

• Responsible for managing the existing customer accounts and looking for new customers
• Saturating current customers
• Managing day to day needs for the customers and supporting outside sales reps with the information they need
• Taking customer calls
• Assisting with pricing conversations and price quotes for customers
• Doing research to gain knowledge for pricing bids
• Function as the liaison between the customer and the Sales Reps/Engineers
• Utilize computers daily and use Microsoft Office programs
• Respond to all general line customer inquiries via phone, fax or email by determining material availability, conformance to customer requirements, quoting prices, and providing a reasonable delivery commitment designed to obtain the customer's order or expanded order
• Enter orders into the system and modifies or deletes as required
• Utilize creative and innovative sales techniques to increase sales volume

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

$14-$19/Based on experience with a pay increase up to $23/hr once permanent employee
