About this job
Our client is currently looking for a person with mortgage experience to do the following:
- Process loan closing files so they get shipped to investors
- Makes sure all the necessary documents are in the loan files
- In charge of contacting and sending those files to investors.
- Each investor imposes conditions so need to be comfortable dealing with investors and push back
- Upload forms on the computer as well as downloading documents
- Will build relationships with mortgage processors and work with the same ones
- contact title companies, loan officers, processors, or other parties to correct issues in the loan files
The hours are Monday through Friday.
8:30am-5pm
