a. Assisting Customers with Technical Specifications on Products
b. Assisting Customers with Applications for products
c. Taking Customer Orders
d. Taking Customer Catalog Requests

Processing Customer Request for Quotations:
a. Standard Catalog Items
b. Modified Catalog Items
c. Non-Standard Items
d. Modified Non-Standard Items
e. Requesting Price and Delivery from Purchasing
f. Have the Authority to Decline Quotation Requests for Items Outside our Product Range

Follow-up
a. Customers
b. Leads Given to Outside Sales Representatives
c. Customer No Longer Purchasing Items

Business Generation
a. Existing Customers
b. New Customers
