General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

The production workers are responsible for loading steel blanks into the stamping press and then unloading the stamped part once completed. They should be able to keep pace at 3 stokes/minute, which means its very faced paced and critical to load the part accurately. They will be loading the part with 1-3 other people depending on the press they are assigned to. The heaviest blank is about 20 pounds, but because of its size, they will always have to have 2/load due to the length. Once they unload the stamped part they will hang it on a rack to either get taken to another press from a seconday application or to the warehouse to be staged and inspected before shipped out. They will work with hi-lo drivers, material handlers, maintenance technicians, press operators and plant supervisors daily.
