We are currently looking for a top-notch bilingual community recruiter. This person will be recruiting for hourly positions and will have the opportunity to work from home as well as at many different field locations. They will also have the opportunity to attend a multitude of community events!
Job Description:
- Sourcing Candidates through attending career fairs, community events, and also utilizing online Careerbuilder/Monster accounts
- Conducting Phone Screens
- Coordinating interviews with field Managers
- Community Recruiting at events( Job Fairs, college Recruiting)
- Use applicant tracking system to record and administer candidate information and hiring decisions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience recruiting hourly employees
- Bilingual Spanish
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and able to provide examples of ways they have used one
- Experience building relationships within the community
- Valid drivers license
