Operations Management Trainee - Full-time / Part-time

One of the largest logistics companies in the south is looking to add new candidates to their Operations team. They are located in Chattanooga and really looking for people that want to get their foot in the door with a great company.

1.Fleet Management- Fleet managers typically work on a team of two and manage anywhere from 90-100 truck drivers. They are looking for someone that could build relationships and mange people. Requires a large amount of responsibility.

Fleet Managers are managing people so they need to be able to talk and relate with their employees. Leting them know where they need to go and who they need to meet with and problem solve to make sure that product gets delivered.

2.Account Manager- Work with sales and directly responsible for help building and keeping a strong relationship with the transportation clients. Account Managers work with Planners and Fleet Managers to insure the best possible service is provided for there clients. Account Managers get acquainted with the trucking industry and understand the needs for the company

3.Load Planner- Someone who is very detail oriented, will be figuring out how to get the trucks to the ending destination the most cost effective and quickest way possible. These candidates must be very strong numerically and feel comfortable working with time zones and transit times. Also, the focus on scheduling and must be able to problem solve quickly

Shift Openings:

10 Day Shift Openings:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm also working every 5th weekend out of the month on Saturday and Sunday

5 Night Shift Openings:

Crew 1:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6pm-7am Rotating Saturdays

Crew 2: Wednesday,Thursday,Friday 6pm-7am Rotating Saturdays

Pay: First 90 days 14/hr, next 90 days $36,000, then moves to $39,000
