Machinist

Looking for intermediate to experienced machinists for a medical device company in Colorado Springs. The medical device company makes nails, screws and plates that go into the human body. They are currently looking for at least 3-4 key machinists who can start and grow with the company long term. They are looking for vary degree of levels including individuals with anywhere from 2-20+ years of machining experience. They mainly have mill machines, but some lathes as well. Individuals with machining experience and a knowledge of Swiss lathes, setup, G&M codes, tight tolerances, fanuc controls, 4 axis, etc. would be highly desired.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of mill and lathe machining
Knowledge of Swiss lathes machines highly preferred
Knowledge of G&M code
Knowledge of Fanuc controls
Ability to work within extremely tight tolerances.
Ability to work with a high mix of products, but low volume of each product.
Must have a great attitude!
Must work with a sense of urgency!
Must be reliable/dependable.
Knowledge of 4 axis
Knowledge of Meldas, Mitsubishi, Vasnac and Tsugami machines a plus!
