In this position you will:
Provide advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial/administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Good typing/data entry skills
Knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Proficiency in operating various software, databases, electronic calendars, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Familiar with medical terminology
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Five years secretarial/administrative experience
Associate's Degree or Bachelors
Previous legal experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
