New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Social Worker (Clinical Lead) stationed in Somerset, NJ to supervise in home clinicians in a treatment home program for At-Risk Youth throughout New Jersey. This role provides direct clinical and case management oversight of a triad team as well caries a small case load. This role must have an active LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Supports the development of and oversees the implementation of treatment for individuals served.
- Reviews placement disruptions, internal movement of clients, and participate in on-call rotation.
- Investigates internal incidents as required.
- Regularly reviews client’s records to monitor home visits, maintain quality of documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Reports to a Program Director or Area Director.
What We Require:
- 1+ years of Supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated strong mentorship/leadership/management skills
- Strong knowledge of adolescents with cognitive behavioral disorders and emotional disturbances
- Must have the willingness to travel 50 - 75% throughout New Jersey
- Experience working with court involved youth a plus
