OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative for the SDI Marketing USA Inc., you will represent one of our top tiered clients within our Consumer and Loyalty Division. Sales Representatives have a passion for sales, delivering a high level of customer service and working independently within a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact between the client and consumer, you will provide an exceptional experience while offering assistance and product knowledge. The position will acquire applications, while communicating the benefits and futures of the product in an enthusiastic way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Acquire credit card customers
? Engage and educate customers while maximizing customer service
? Communicate brand information to customers and answer any questions/inquiries
? Adherence to Company Policies & Procedures and uphold SDI's corporate vision and core values.
? Meet daily/monthly sales targets
? Must be comfortable working independently, in a team environment and in both and indoor and outdoor environment.
? Complete all required training within specified timelines to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and relevant for the customer.
? Ensure all scheduled shifts are completed.
? Follow on-site protocol for checking in and reporting
? Achieve all goals and objectives as outlined by your Account Coordinator including sales, revenue and client experience
? Ensure all collateral display is visible, straight, and displayed correctly.
? Properly distribute featured promotional materials according to SDI instructions.
? Ensure that your uniform is clean, tidy and worn correctly at all times.
? Continue to build the growth of the brand by communicating the information set out in the SDI Training Manual, or received through SDI during course of program.
? Direct any challenges or concerns to the Account Coordinator.
? Follow policies around operations, theft and fraud, health and safety, etc. outlined within the policies & procedures manual.

? Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a team
? Professional aptitude towards building and maintaining client relationships and satisfaction
? Customer focused, relatable with the ability to confidently offer rebuttals and persuasive messaging
? The ability to absorb, understand, and communicate brand and product information effectively to consumers.


QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? Proven clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals.
? 1-2 years previous sales experience in a commission environment an asset.
? Previous sales experience preferred.
? Previous experience in Customer Service is an ASSET
? Must have DIRECT SALES experience with an emphasis on face-to-face selling/closing
? A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
? Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve.
? Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
? Must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
? Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs).
? Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
? Must have access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.
? Be willing to travel and work at various locations if required.
? Be 18 years of age or older.
? Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment.
