PURPOSE
The main purpose of this position is to represent one of our top tiered clients in Communications Solutions within our Consumer and Loyalty division. The position will acquire wireless customers while communicating the benefits and features of the wireless product in an enthusiastic way.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Acquire new wireless customers
* Engage, entertain and educate customers while maximizing customer service
* Communicate brand information to customers and answer any questions/inquiries
* Responsible for inventory of phones
* Meet daily/weekly sales targets

SKILLS
* Excellent communication skills
* Tech savvy or willing to learn
* Results-oriented and comfortable in achieving targets
* Organized, punctual and a positive work attitude
* Highly energetic, motivated and an excellent communicator
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a team
* Professional aptitude towards building and maintaining client relationships and satisfaction
* Customer focused, with the ability to confidently offer rebuttals and persuasive messaging

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to provide a clean criminal background check
* Must have experience with an emphasis on face-to-face customer service
* Must be able to work flexible hours; including weekends
* Must be willing to travel to various store locations
* Languages: MUST be bilingual English/Spanish
* Must have access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
* Previous experience in Wireless Technology is an ASSET
* Previous experience in Customer Service is an ASSET
