Solar Field Specialist - Part Time Flexible Schedule - Cranston, RI - Part-time

The Role

As a Solar Field Specialist you will be the face of Sungevity in your local community! You will handle grassroots marketing and act as a solar brand ambassador on homeowner’s doorsteps where you will leverage marketing techniques to excite potential customers about the idea of going solar! Your goal is to spread the word and generate referrals one customer at a time. Your mission is simple: get people ridiculously excited about solar!

After you master this role, endless opportunity awaits you within Sungevity on teams including sales, design, or customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speak with homeowners to generate new leads for solar as you make your way around Sungevity’s service area.
• Hit your monthly goals out of the park.
• Work with your team of amazing Solar Field Specialists to save the planet one rooftop at a time
• Get the word out about Sungevity – Brand Marketing!
• Have SFUN!!! A lot of it.

Outcomes

• Generate 30 qualified leads per month via door to door sales techniques, engage, qualify, and

excite the customer

• Create an increase in awareness about solar energy

• Generate 50 points of contact per day

• Ability to successfully engage homeowners

• Must complete accurate, timely and daily recap reports

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets Sungevity’s criteria and a willingness to travel (this position will require traveling to specific sites)
• 18 years of age minimum
• Ability to work both weekends and some weekdays

Compensation and Benefits:

• We offer FULL, COMPLETELY PAID BENEFITS for those employees who work 20 or more hours per week. Vision, Dental, Health, and more…This is the BEST compensation package in the industry!
• Hourly Wage plus aggressive, un-capped commission compensation structure. We also include paid holidays, paid training, and paid time off.
