The Room Service server is responsible to take orders for food and beverages from guests and additionally serve food and beverages to guests in the resorts restaurants, bars or banquet facilities.

Respsonsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide superior service to all guests / customers while following The Resort’s etiquette guidelines.
  • Set tables; clean and clear tables.
  • Stock service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments etc.; clean and neaten service stations and other work areas.
  • Take orders for food and/or beverage and serve to guests; deliver and serve food and/or beverages to guests.
  • Obtain knowledge of and explain menu offerings and preparation to guests.
  • Perform routine food preparation tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with hosting duties as assigned.
  • Assist bartender with drink mixing and serving, ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not served to underage guests, additionally determining when of-age patrons should not be served additional drinks; stock and set up bar as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements for this position include:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.


Additional qualifications include:
  • High School education desirable, plus one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
  • Must have a valid Food Handler’s Permit and Tips & Sips certificate
  • Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
  • Ability to perform job duties.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to deal with customers courteously and efficiently at all times.
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills.
