The Junior Trade program is responsible for outfitting children and young adults in a season rental of our ski or snowboard equipment. Junior Trade Associates must be able to correctly fit youth into proper fitting equipment.

- Previous ski hardgoods sales - preferred
- Passion for skiing / snowboarding
- Previous retail sales experience - preferred

- Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English- required
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills - required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
