Our client in Amelia Ohio is seeking Call Center Representatives to perform the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
- Make outbound calls to customers, companies and borrowers to obtain information (this is not sales or telemarketing)
- Updating the internal software system on call notes and info.
- Answer emails, send emails to obtain follow up information
Candidates must be opening to work 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday.
