Construction Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
This role requires that you coordinate with clients, contractors, manufacturers, vendors and installers on a daily basis to provide constant communication with the client regarding the progress of the project. This will require delegation of work assignments and follow up to ensure projects are on track with timeline and budget.

The ideal candidate will have:

* 2-5 years of project management or construction management experience in restaurant construction environment or other related construction project management.
* Full scope construction experience is required.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Must be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and have proven leadership skills.
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction practices/techniques, Title III of ADA, contract laws, project controls and building support systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
* The ability to handle multiple projects.
* Moderate travel is required.
