Inside Sales Rep

My client, a large healthcare company in the Doral area, has an immediate need for Sales Representatives for their Outbound Call Center!

Job Duties:

• Handling an Average of 100 calls a day (outbound).
• Outbound calls to potential or established patients (warm leads).
• Responsible for Full and proper closing of sales.
• Maximizing upsells during every call.
• Responsible for meeting daily and weekly Performance and Quality Assurance goals.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of call center sales or upselling
• Outbound call center experience is a PLUS.
• Must have experience meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to multi-task- handle calls and data entry simultaneously.
• Listening skills & critical thinking ability.
• Must have ability to provide a QUALITY sales experience.
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekend hours.

Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable): Mon-Thu 1pm-9pm + Fri 11am-7pm + Sat (rotating) 10:00am-2:00pm

**Sales Reps will be given montly bonus based on sales closed.**
