Prepares, cooks and presents menu items according to company specifications.
- Utilizes flat top grill, microwave and deep fat fryer to cook specific menu items.
- Complies with all company quality standards and safe food handling policies and procedures.
- Plates and garnishes items for eat-in dining or packages items for carry out or delivery.
- Maintains a safe, clean and sanitary work station.
- Stocks station with food and paper items to sustain anticipated business levels.
- Assists in the receiving and storage of delivered products.
- Performs various maintenance functions such as mopping floors, trash disposal, general cleaning including dining rooms, restrooms, and grounds as assigned by management staff.
