JOB OVERVIEW:
The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall success of day to day operations by managing timelines, documentation integrity, accounts payable and all incoming critical information.

Directly Reports To: Divisional GM

Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Company credit card and home depot card audits
* Hotel searching and trip planning for mobile crews
* Documentation filing
* Receives and conveys relayed messages on all office correspondents
* Involved with legal matters and paperwork involving Sheer Enterprises
* Maintains all vehicle information and updates needed registration and tags.
* Maintains and issues all OSHA monthly audits and filing all new Sheer employee claims
* Responsible for issuing and maintaining monthly Safety Talks for crew members
* Ordering and maintain of all office supplies on a monthly basis
* Organize and maintain all Sheer Enterprises licenses, workers comp, general liability and building department required documentation
* Vendor Onboarding and maintaining all vendor workers comp files (W9's and COI's)
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
* Review invoices and check requests
* Sort and match invoices and check requests
* Set invoices up for payment
* Reconciliation of payments
* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
* Resolve invoice discrepancies
* Vendor file maintenance
* Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
* Produce monthly reports
