About this job
Full time Receptionist position open just south of downtown Houston. Must have previous experience answering phones, a positive attitude and excellent people skills. Must be highly motivated, a self starter and able to multi task.
Job duties include:
answering phone
taking accurate messages
filing
ordering supplies
data entry
greeting customers and vendors
Bilingual helpful but not required.
Position is Monday thru Friday 8 to 5, no nights or weekends. Vacation/sick time provided along with a portion of medical premiums company paid.
Only replies with resume will be considered.
