What will I be doing?


 


Solicits, secures arrangements, coordinates, and conducts follow-up for small local and group catered events.


 

  • Generate contracts and BEO's in support of Senior Catering and Event Managers.
  • Generate food & beverage revenue for groups and meetings.
  • Update and own all information on all platforms (Connect +, Cvent, Get Planning, etc)
  • Update and Maintain Delphi Menus
  • Update and Maintain Banquet Menus
  • Champion Lobster Ink Learning and Progress
  • Champion MPS Progress (maintain focus with weekly e-mails and progress)
  • Administrative Assistance as needed for Event Managers
  • Handle Affiliates and small events as needed
  • Spearhead get planning with 3 groups by year en
