Requirements:
-Passion: Demonstrates an internal drive for success, and a commitment to the Company's mission and vision while being energetic and optimistic.
-Goal/Results Oriented: Sets high expectations for self and is accountable for outcomes while seizing opportunities
-Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Sales experience (does not have to be insurance-related sales experience)
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and various windows applications
-Desire to help others
-Spanish speaking a plus but not required
