Customer Service / Administrative Assistant role with the company:

The Customer Service / Administrative Assistant will spend 60% of their time focusing on Customer Service, and 40% on Administrative duties
Call volume for the Customer Service / Administrative Assistant will be light - up to 20 phone calls per day. The focus is quality rather than quantity
Coordinate communication between departments
Ensure customer requests are being handled efficiently and effectively
The Customer Service / Administrative Assistant will become familiar with healthcare product terminology and will receive thorough training to become equipped to handle inquiries
Assist and report to the Controller/Office Manager and help with day to day administrative tasks
The Customer Service / Administrative Assistant will schedule meetings, enter data into Excel, track customer information
