The Horsham Clinic is a 206 bed private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus. The Therapist assists in the bio-psychosocial assessment, case management and and treatment of patients under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. The primary responsibilities is to facilitate psycho-educational and process groups, conduct individual and family therapy, assume all case management duties for patients, including contact with out patient providers and setting-up aftercare collaborate closely with treatment team in a managing high risk patients. Experience and knowledge in treating trauma survivors desired.

Master's degree in social work and LSW/LCSW required. 3-4 years working with patient population required. Knowledge of group therapy theory and processes, therapeutic relationship processes, age specific growth and development issues, limit setting and behavior management required. Prefer knowledge of case management, bio-psychosocial assessment, psycho-educational groups, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice. Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
