About this job

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Business Administration and prior experience in logistics are preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills internally as well as externally

Responsibilities:

Responsible to receive Inbound and Place outbound calls
Customer Service Exception (via email) Communication Data Entry
Track and Trace Perform standard transportation management procedures
Low Visibility Problem Resolution
