Candidates must possess an unexpired TABC certification in accordance with the State of Texas regulations for the sale and service of alcohol.  Flexibility for working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.  A minimum of two or more years progressive experience as a Cocktail Server in a high volume operation is ideal.
