Overview:
The QA Lab Technician physically obtains samples of finished goods and conducts analytical testing to monitor quality specifications. The Lab Technician also monitors process times and temperatures, capping, labeling and finished goods inspection.

The QA Lab Technician physically obtains samples of finished goods and conducts analytical testing to monitor quality specifications. The Lab Technician also monitors process times and temperatures, capping, labeling and finished goods inspection.

Responsibilities:
- Performing product tests
- Calibration and troubleshooting test on equipment and performing other various tests
- Enter test results on lab data system and generate reports
- Inventory lab chemicals and initiate reorders
- Submit product and water samples
- Operate forklift truck to unload rail cars or change totes and sugar tanks as needed
- Maintain logs and other records.
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous lab experience preferred
- Willingness to participate in a team environment
- Computer data entry skills
- Knowledge of statistical computations and applications
- Previous experience in bottling industry helpful
- 2 – 4 years of college within a Science based curriculum preferred
